Training the Mind
Learn the traditional Tibetan method to train a calm and strong mind.
An introduction to the foundations of an authentic Tibetan calm-abiding meditation practice. You will be asked to keep a daily meditation journal between class meetings.
A total of 21 days of meditation from start to finish - the perfect cycle to experience calm and focus in body (physical) and mind (mental), in addition to the integration of the teachings.
Shiné (or Shamatha) meditation is the base for deeper analytical meditation (Lhaktong/Vipassana); together these form a complete Mindfulness practice.
May & June: A series of 4 weekly Zoom sessions - 1 1/2 hour each
July & August: A series of 3 weekly Zoom sessions - 2 hours each
