About Lu Jong

Lu Jong is a transformative method of body and mind training. The movements originate from ancient Tibetan teachings and are rooted in Tibetan medicine. Lu Jong is also called form of moving meditation.
When we do Lu Jong we combine form, movement and breath. This combination, along with mindfulness, brings the body and mind fully together. The result is nothing short of profound.
Lu Jong can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities and the benefits are felt immediately. A regular course of studies will really change your life.
This movement practice is uniquely connected to Tulku Lobsang.
From a young age he studied with many masters in Tibet, learning these healing movements from all lineages. He collected them into a clear, concise choreography, and modified them to be more accessible to untrained, Western bodies.
We are very honored to have him spend some time with us!
Do join us if you can.
