The Five Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Space) are the foundation for all phenomena. All that we can see, including our body and emotions, are affected by the balance of the elements.

Learn how to harmonize these energies for greater health and peace of mind with movement, self massage, meditation and relaxation postures based on the Tibetan Five Elements Theory.
