Caring for Your Earrings

  • Avoid getting your earrings wet. Moisture will damage the threads.
  • Do not pull on fringing. If they seem to be acting up, gently roll between your fingers and stroke them downwards.


  • Allow 3 business days for shipping of non-custom orders from the date of your purchase.
  • Semi-Custom orders have shipping times listed and Custom orders will be as quoted during the design process. All shipping times are from submission of payment.
  • Shipping is via UPS. I cannot control when UPS will deliver your item.
  • We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping includes tracking but NOT insurance.
  • Packages can be insured upon request for an additional fee.
  • Please verify that your shipping address is correct before checking out. If an item needs to be re-shipped (due to an address submission error) you are responsible for the additional shipping fee.


  • All sales are final. Custom work cannot be cancelled after payment.


  • I will replace hooks at no cost if  you pay for the shipping.
  • I will also do my best to repair or replace broken/lost earrings as long as I have the materials to do so.
  • Cost will depend upon the nature of the repair or if I must remake an entire earring. An estimate will be determined before we move forward.
  • I only repair items made by me.
