Domestic Shipping Information

Standard U.S. Shipping:

Orders up to $100 ship for the flat rate of $14.95
Orders from $100.01 to $200 ship for the flat rate of $9.95
Orders over $200 have FREE shipping

 

Expedited U.S. Shipping:

3-Day Super Saver, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipments are available for an additional charge and are subject to availability

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, U.K., Europe, Japan, Australia & New Zealand, the Middle East, Central & South America, Asia and the Pacific islands. The number of items you are ordering - whether 1 or 100 - is not an issue.
At the present time we do not ship to Antarctica, North Korea, Iran, Gaza, and Cuba.
International shipments require a destination telephone and e-mail address. International Shipping is via DHL.
Shipping to Russia is only via USPS Express International
We shall not, under any circumstances, include an invoice with an international shipment for anything less than the actual price paid for the order.

 

All duties and taxes must be paid by the purchaser at the time of delivery

 

CANADA - Standard DHL Shipping:

Orders up to $100 (USD) ship for the flat rate of $42 (USD)

Orders over $100 (USD) have FREE shipping

 

REST OF WORLD - Standard DHL Shipping $58.95 (USD)

If your country charges duties or VAT - and most do - these must be paid by you at the time of delivery. We have no control over these issues.

RUSSIA -  Only USPS Express International $87.95 (USD)

 

PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

Certain payment processors sometimes take significant time after your submission to inform us that a payment has been submitted. Until that transpires we cannot ship.


ALL ORDERS

A confirmation e-mail containing complete tracking information will be sent upon shipping and an invoice will be included with your order.

 

Any damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
