Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga

Lu Jong is an ancient practice that uses fluid body movements and the breath to create a deep harmony of body, mind and spirit.

By opening the body's physical blocks, we open ourselves to the opportunity for mental clarity, balanced emotions, invigorated energy and spiritual development.

All you need is a yoga mat and a level surface to get started. Wear comfortable clothing that permit movement, bare feet are preferred.

 

Tog Chod: Dance of the Wisdom Sword

Tulku Lobsang founded this moving meditation with a sword rooted in traditional Tibetan monk dances and Kalachakra teachings.

With this dynamic technique we harness our inner power, bringing us swiftly into the present moment as we 'cut through' our fears and expectations.

Swords are supplied for class with the option to purchase if desired. Wear athletic shoes and non-restrictive clothing.

 

Forrest Inspired Vinyasa

Yoga strongly influenced by the lineage of Ana Forrest. Sequencing is a slow paced vinyasa featuring breath work, core work, and moderate to long pose holds.

The Forrest lineage is an internally focused practice that encourages a deeper connection with body and breath. A transformative and powerful self healing tool to build strength, stamina and the release of tension and stress.

 

Gentle Stretching & Movement - Essentials

Sequencing tailored to meet all levels of experience and helpful for re-igniting a healthy connection with the body.

Practical tools and skills are geared toward  building a solid foundation for the incorporation of balance, movement and flexibility into the rest of your life.
