We meet on ZOOM - Time and date by mutual arrangement.
In addition to creating your schedule, we will discuss what is required for this training. It is possible to adapt and work long distance with some planning and grace!
Instruction will progress at YOUR rate of learning within the class time frame and yes, you WILL learn all the movements of Level 1 Wisdom Sword Training.
Your commitment to regular independent practice (with space to move freely) is an integral component of connecting with and mastering this dynamic form of meditation.
