This class will introduce you to the traditional foundations of any meditative practice

Offered once a month, we meet for TWO live classes over the course of 7 days.

Learn how to use your body and breath to begin the process of stillness and open your mind to a clear and calm experience.

No meditation experience necessary.

Classes are held Wednesday evenings 6:45 - 7:30 pm EST
